Your phmaya account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any such transfer is void and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

phmaya accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, PayMaya (Maya), debit cards, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Cryptocurrency of any kind and credit card deposits are not accepted on phmaya.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though phmaya reserves the right to apply transaction limits in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations and PAGCOR guidelines.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phmaya account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business hours depending on the originating bank. phmaya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All player funds deposited into phmaya accounts are held separately from phmaya's operational funds. phmaya does not use player funds for operational expenses. Your deposited balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to applicable verification requirements and these Terms.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. phmaya does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. phmaya reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by phmaya are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
